On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.

Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

In order to improve the clinical utility of Cialis® in men with erectile dysfunction, Cialis® has been suggested to be effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men who do not respond to traditional first-line therapies. One of its main indications is that Cialis® can improve blood flow to the penis and thus improve erectile function.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which a man experiences difficulty getting or maintaining an erection satisfactory for sexual activity. ED affects millions of men worldwide. ED is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for sexual activity. ED can also be due to underlying health conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Cialis® is a prescription-only drug. It is available in various dosages, including 10 mg, 20 mg, and 40 mg. The recommended starting dosage for Cialis® is 5 mg taken orally once a day. The effects of Cialis® are not fully understood, but it has been shown that Cialis® can improve blood flow to the penis. The effect of Cialis® on erection quality can be measured by ultrasound, which is a non-invasive test that measures the density and quality of blood flow in the penis. The effects of Cialis® on erectile function can also be assessed by measuring the effects of nitric oxide (NO) in the penis. NO is a naturally occurring chemical that has been identified as having a role in erection quality and function. NO is produced in the corpus cavernosum of the penis and is necessary for the erection of the penis. NO levels are also correlated with the erectile function of men with erectile dysfunction. The ability to perform erections at a normal rate may also be important for the development of penile cancer, which may increase the risk of developing ED.
The effects of Cialis® on erectile function and blood flow to the penis are also being studied. In a study comparing Cialis® with sildenafil, it was shown that the effects of Cialis® on blood flow to the penis are similar when compared to sildenafil. Cialis® can improve erectile function and blood flow to the penis in men with ED. In a study comparing the effects of Cialis® to sildenafil, it was found that Cialis® improved erectile function in men who were not sexually active. The study concluded that Cialis® can improve erectile function in men with ED.
Although the Cialis® has been shown to be effective in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men with ED, it has not been approved for use by anyone who is taking any form of the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis® or for whom it is not being used for other reasons. Cialis® is approved only for treatment of the ED. Although the drug may be used for other uses, it is not currently approved for use in the treatment of ED.
The safety and efficacy of Cialis® for ED have not been established. Cialis® is contraindicated in patients with known cardiovascular disease. The potential benefits of Cialis® in patients with heart disease are unknown, and its use is not recommended in patients with cardiovascular disease.
The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Cialis® as a treatment for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men with erectile dysfunction. The FDA has also approved Cialis® for the treatment of ED in men with cardiovascular disease, a condition in which a man has high blood pressure or heart disease. Cialis® is also not approved for use in patients with type 2 diabetes. Because of this, the FDA has not approved Cialis® for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
The safety and efficacy of Cialis® have not been established. The drug has been shown to improve blood flow to the penis and improves erectile function in men with ED. The drug may be used to treat other erectile dysfunction conditions, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). If a man with BPH is treated with Cialis® and he is able to achieve and maintain an erection satisfactory for sexual activity, it is likely that the benefits of Cialis® will be greater than the potential risks of using it for other conditions.
